LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost during transit or does not arrive, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, opened, or affected during transportation, we will replace the affected items free of charge.
HOW THE CLAIM PROCESS WORKS

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Shipping Insurance does not cover:
