Any customs duties, import charges, carrier fees, or additional costs associated with a return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from an error attributable to Bennett & Birch.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Bennett & Birch is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, damaged, delayed, or misdirected during return transit.
